We are announcing the Vinduino soil moisture monitoring starter kit, based on the 4th generation of our award winning technology. Offering breakthrough affordability for small orchard and vineyard growers, while able to scale up to thousands of nodes in the field. Irrigation control and water metering can be added seamlessly.
The kit contains everything needed to remotely monitor soil moisture: LoRa IoT gateway, Vinduino R4 sensor node, 2 x soil moisture sensors, and a one year subscription to eVineyard -or eOrchard- software.
With the wireless network in place -provided by the LoRa IoT gateway- almost limitless expansion is possible by adding more soil moisture sensor nodes, wireless irrigation control, and water/flow meter recording. One local wireless network can support up to 1000 devices.
