Plan Ahead with These Tips for Attending a Virtual Trade Show

Being virtual opens Unified Symposium for more – more space, more flexibility and more exhibitors. With concurrent sessions, hundreds of virtual booths to visit and exhibitors to connect with, it’s essential that you plan your calendar in advance and get familiar with the new platform. Check out these tips for maximizing your time at a virtual trade show:

  • Build a schedule. Visit this Unified Symposium Exhibitors page to view the participating exhibitors so that you can plan your days in advance and save time. Be sure to keep some time open for opportunities you didn’t anticipate!
  • Prioritize the here and now. The chance to interact with exhibitors in live time and make personal connections is limited to the four days. This is your opportunity to take care of business for 2021. Do your research before the event goes live so you can focus your time better.
  • Take a break. Keep yourself energized to take advantage of all the opportunities available to you by scheduling downtime to digest everything you’re consuming.
